Cheryl Lowry Kula, a Hinton, West Virginia native, lives with her husband, two daughters, a dog, two cats, and a variety of critters who visit unannounced. She has a bachelor's degree in English from Berea College and a master's degree in Education from Virginia Tech. She works as an instructional designer for Columbia Southern Education Group. A lifelong book addict, she even keeps books after she has read them because to give them away would be like getting rid of friends.
